PIZZLE THE ONE
DJ / Artiste · Kyiv, Ukraine
Pizzle The One is a Nigerian-born, Kyiv-based recording artist, DJ and producer working across Afro house, Afro tech and tribal house. He is the founder of Kalakuta Kollektiv, the label and creative platform behind Ukraine's Afro-electronic scene, and of AfroCityFest, the country's first festival dedicated to the sound. He has played Kyiv's defining rooms — Kureni, Hram, Avalon — and releases original music and mixes, including the Tribes of Africa series. Beyond his own work, Pizzle has been pivotal in the rise of various artists who now help spread African music and culture across the Ukrainian diaspora. Whether performing, DJing, organizing, or leading, he continues to create space for rhythm, identity, and community one beat at a time.
